Natasha Junor – St Phillip's Christian College

Igniting quality teaching through information resources

How Teacher Librarians can create accessible information resources (such as posters) to support quality teaching. This session will cover how to come up with ideas for resources and the design process (using Canva and LMS systems).

Presenter Bio

Throughout her six years as a high school English Teacher, Natasha developed a passion for school libraries. After studying a Masters of Education in Teacher Librarianship with Charles Sturt University, she moved into her current role as Secondary Teacher Librarian (Research and Curriculum Specialist) at St Philip's Christian College. Her specialities include designing and implementing research-aligned learning resources, with a particular focus on equipping teachers and students with the tools to navigate Artificial Intelligence with critical thinking and digital discernment. Alongside her role in the library, Natasha also teaches Extension English with a special interest in Gothic literature.
