Membership Join SLANSW or renew your membership for the 2022-2023 year. Membership is an annual subscription which starts from 1st July and ends on 30th June each year at a rate of just $110 (GST incl) for personal membership and $220 (GST incl) for institutional membership* (entitles up to 2 staff to attend each professional learning event at a discount rate and 5 registered email accounts to gain access to the Members-only section of the website). Recently SLANSW held and recorded a meet-up to showcase some of the benefits of membership. Access to the recording is on the website at: https://www.slansw.net.au/news/12169698 Access to some previous meet-up recordings that have been made public access, are free to view on the website at: https://www.slansw.net.au/Free-Professional-Learning-Resources. The Member Portal recordings and resources are from 2018 to current, and are available only to both personal and institutional members. Optional participation is encouraged in any of the Special Interest Groups (SIGs) or Project Groups. The SIGs are Research, Mentoring and Non-Teaching School Library Staff. Currently there is a microcredentialling project group operating under the leadership of Dr Di Laycock. These are explained in the meet-up recording as mentioned above. SIGs and Project Groups are again, free to members. * Payment for SLANSW membership is via credit card. The Association has phased out receiving payments via direct bank transfer. If, however, your school prefers to continue to pay via bank transfer, this will incur a 10% administration fee and the manual processing of a new invoice. Please email info@slansw.net.au to request this. |
