Face-to-Face Networking for SLANSW Members

Term 2 Meeting: Thursday 20th

June at 4.30pm

The next Networking SIG meeting with be held at St Augustine’s College, Brookvale, on June 20, between 4:30 – 5:30pm. This is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other like-minded library staff and SLANSW members.

As part of the Networking SIG, we are launching our Professional Learning Book Club. At this meeting we will be discussing Dr Margaret Merga’s latest book -  Creating a Reading Culture in Primary and Secondary Schools: A Practical Guide.  It will be so beneficial to hear Gabrielle Mace, Head of Library Services and Principal Consultant at ProReading Solutions, speak about this resource, and her work and research that has informed some of Dr Merga’s book. Start reading it now so that you can get the most out of our discussion.

This SIG is a platform to support members and encourage ongoing dialogue in our professional learning community.  It is also only available to SLANSW members as a benefit of membership.

Afternoon Tea will be provided.

How do I participate?

All SLANSW members are welcome to attend this Networking SIG meeting.

You must register to ensure you are sent the location sign in details within 48 hours before your session.
